ORDERING INFORMATION

If you would prefer to place your order over the phone, you can do so by calling us at 937-292-7327, Monday through Friday. If need be, please leave a message and we will return your call. Or, you can send us an email and we will call you to take your order. 

We accept both Master Card and Visa.  

SHIPPING INFORMATION

When you order, please be as specific as possible if the cheese is needed on a specific date. That will help us do all we can to ensure that your order is shipped with your desired delivery date in mind. 

However, keep in mind that as much as we like our friends at the Post Office and at UPS, they have their own schedules that we must work around. 

Depending on what you order and what time of day you order, your order will go out the same day or the next day, UNLESS you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. A Friday order could be delivered on Saturday but there is an additional shipping fee for Saturday deliveries. 

Because we desire to provide outstanding service all the time, but especially during the holidays, we will do all we can to meet your expectations, but we need to know, in advance, what your expectations are. So, PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER SO THAT WE CAN CONTACT YOU IF NEED BE.

When you place on online order, the shipping and handling charges are automatically computed based on the weight of the cheese ordered.

Our products are perishable and to eliminate the possibility that a delivery service might return your package to central shipping and attempt to deliver it the next day, all deliveries will be marked in such a way that the delivery man will leave the package at the door.  The goal is to get the package as close to a refrigerator as soon as possible.

SENDING A GIFT?

IF YOU ARE SENDING A GIFT BOX, WE ASK YOU TO NOTIFY THE RECIPIENT THAT THEY SHOULD EXPECT TO RECEIVE A SPECIAL GIFT THAT IS PERISABLE. CLEARLY, TELL THE RECIPIENT THAT THE PACKAGE NEEDS TO BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AND THE CONTENTS ARE TO BE KEPT REFRIGERATED.

If you would like for us to include a note with your gift, we will be happy to send a personalized message for you. Also, if we are fully aware that the item you have ordered is being sent as a gift, the packing slip will not include pricing information. When customers purchase gift boxes or gift cards, we know to remove pricing information, but if other combinations are ordered as a gift, you will need to inform us that the item(s) being shipped are gift items so that we will removing the pricing information for you.

If for some reason, a particular item within an advertised gift box is not available, we will substitute another product of equal or greater value. SO, if only want what you only want, please tell us in advance that you want no substitutions. If no substitutions can be made, then there will be an unavoidable delay until the desired product is available.

WHEN YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES.

Please open your package immediately upon receipt and place the cheese in the refrigerator. Be assured that we will have done everything required to ensure that your package will arrive in excellent condition.  However, we cannot be responsible for delayed deliveries, Acts of God, incorrect addresses, or packages delivered to recipients who are unavailable to receive the package.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will not sell your name, phone number, or email address to anyone. However, we would like to be able to forward cheese related information to you such as an upcoming cheese related event sponsored by the Ohio Cheese Society. If you do not wish to receive that type of information from us, please request to have your email address removed from our mailing list.

First Data processes all of our credit card transactions. If you have any questions regarding their service as it relates to your personal information, please contact them directly regarding the encryption software that is used in ecommerce. Nothing is certain, but we do have great confidence that they provide the best wall of protection available to our ecommerce customers.
