Blue Jacket Dairy is a family-owned artisan cheese business that is situated in the charming town of Bellefontaine, Ohio. The business was founded in 2008 by Jim and Angel King, who embarked on a mission to create local, great tasting cheese with locally sourced milk.

 

Jim, with his love of farming, and Angel, with her business expertise, decided to extend the family farm operation to include cheese production, which was a major step towards building on the foundation laid for by past generations. The Kings take much joy and satisfaction in producing high-quality artisanal cheeses that reflect the core values of tradition, craftsmanship, and sustainability.
