Founded by Jim and Angel King, Blue Jacket Dairy has been crafting artisan cheese in Ohio for over 18 years.The Kings have embarked on a mission to create local, great tasting cheese with locally sourced milk.

 

Jim, with his love of farming, and Angel, with her business expertise, decided to extend the family farm operation to include cheese production, which was a major step towards building on the foundation laid for by past generations. The Kings take much joy and satisfaction in producing high-quality artisanal cheeses that reflect the core values of tradition, craftsmanship, and sustainability.
